Catalyst is the strategic infrastructure organisation for the Borough of Stockton committed to providing an effective voice, representation and support for the third sector (voluntary and community groups and social enterprises) within the Borough. 

We have a vision of a coherent and single sector, working together in partnership to shape and deliver the services the community in the Borough of Stockton on Tees need. We want to build on the ethos of support and partnership inherent within the sector by extending this to enable organisations to work together in sourcing funds and opportunities.

Our mission is to provide an environment in which third sector organisations are inspired, supported and empowered to achieve their mission
